Apply an even layer of sunscreen (1 teaspoon per extremity) at least 20 minutes before sun exposure. The sunscreen is water resistant for 4 hours, so reapply after swimming, toweling or exercising.
Store below 30 degrees Celsius. Use as a daily body sunscreen and moisturizer. Avoid direct contact with eyes, if the skin is irritated, please stop using it.
